Top events in Napa in July 2024 include a July 4th celebration at the county fairgrounds in Calistoga, Festival Napa Valley, and several wine tasting events at wineries all around the valley.
You can also enjoy the Napa to Sonoma half marathon as well as some great shows at the Blue Note.

Date: 7/4
The Fourth of July parade in Napa starts at 10 am in historic downtown Napa.
It starts by heading east down 2nd Street, then goes west on 3rd Street.
The parade lasts until around noon.
Dates: 7/6 - 7/21
This month, California's wine region comes alive with Festival Napa Valley, with more than 60 events spread out among the area's most stunning estates, vineyards, theaters, and restaurants.
Over 100 wineries will participate. A few events are free while others are fundraisers, but they are all designed to highlight Napa's fine wine and cuisine, and its enriching art, fitness, and community programs.

Date: 7/20 - 7/21
Run from one gorgeous wine region to the next during this half marathon event.
The race starts at Cuvaison Carneros Winery and ends in the historic Sonoma Plaza in front of City Hall. Bring the entire family as there are fun activities planned around the race.
The Rosé 5K is on Saturday and kicks off at 8 am, while the Half Marathon is on Sunday and starts at 7 am. You can run in one or the other. You can also get special pricing if you want to run in both.

This fun live music festival is one of the free events in Napa in July. Festivities last all afternoon and are designed to bring the community outside and into the neighborhood. At Porchfest, homeowners volunteer their porches as stages for talented musicians to show off their work.
Maps will be provided so you'll be sure not to miss anything, and while you can certainly explore on foot, bicycling is encouraged as a means of transportation between venues.
Dates: Throughout the summer months (starting June 13th until August 15th)
While Napa has its free outdoor concerts on Friday nights, nearby Calistoga offers free concerts in the park on Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 pm between June and August.
This year's featured bands include Sacred Fire Band, Traveling Wilbury’s Revue, Solsa Funk, Kid Galaga, Bautista, Dirty Cello, NPR, The Boys of Summer and Maya - A Latin Tribute Band. Check out the schedule and set out for Pioneer Park with your picnic basket and blankets.
There will be local wines available for purchase, each week featuring a different winery.
